Hello Jerry!
Have you ever heard about echo questions?

there are three sentences:
1. I don't like cheese
2. He's never been abroad.
3. They left early

I'm supposed to say echo questions for these sentences, but I'm not sure if I know what these are, although I read about it.

Maybe:
1. I don't like it either
2. Neither have I
3. So did I

but I would say they are question tags, not echo questions???
How do you think?

Try these question tags:

1. I don't like cheese, do you?
2. He's never been abroad, has he?
3. They left early, didn't they?

These are echo questions:

1. I don't like cheese. Why not? Because it smells
2. He's never been abroad. Where has been? He been to Canada and Mexico.
3. They left early. Are you sure? Yes, they were gone when I came.
